We offer expertise and experience in developing and curating partnerships involving multiple higher education institutions and collaborators from other sectors.
This involves the provision of programme/ project management expertise, alongside relationship/contractual management and delivery.
We support Universities in address the growing expectations around Knowledge Exchange.
In the UK this involves supporting Knowledge Exchange Concordat or Knowledge Exchange Framework submissions and/or innovative projects (e.g. Developing Academic Pathways Linked to Entrepreneurship).
Advice and support provided for businesses seeking to engage with the UK higher education sector.
Helping businesses to navigate UK higher education and build strong and lasting relationships with universities. Work ranges from assisting clients bringing new products to market to addressing issues and problems with current projects.
We support Higher Education Research and Knowledge Exchange leaders implement their visions.
Work includes strategy support, including landscape scanning, opportunity assessments and advising on strategic plans.
Interim management is provided to help with managing change, launching new initiatives, and other short-term needs.
Specialist advice and support is available around the development of future R&D talent.
This involves advising UK institutions on their alignment with the Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers; supporting the development of innovative future forms of doctoral education; and bids for doctoral training grants and partnerships.
